環境準備

1、安裝 FFmpeg

音/視訊工具 FFmpeg 簡易安裝文件

2、安裝 ffmpeg-python

pip3 install ffmpeg-python

3、【可選】安裝 opencv-python

pip3 install opencv-python

4、【可選】安裝 numpy

pip3 install numpy

基於視訊幀數提取任意一幀
