造成這個問題的因素很多。

問題原因
Springboot的main函式我是這樣寫的開始：

@SpringBootApplication
public class SpringbootConfigApplication {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        SpringApplication.run(SpringbootConfigApplication.class, args);

}

檔案結構

@SpringBootApplication能夠自動載入同級檔案，或者統計檔案的子檔案，這種情況時父檔案同級的子檔案，掃描不到，所以要在
@SpringBootApplication這句話後加上//(scanBasePackages = “service”)掃描的資料夾，或者更大範圍的資料夾
