直接 pip install jupyter 安裝報以下錯誤

原因: pip 不是最新版本

正確方式:

第一步:更新pip版本
pip install --upgrade pip
第二部:進行安裝操作
pip  install jupyter 

其他人的解決辦法:(無法解決我的問題)

是因為網路的問題，要使用國內的映象源來加速：

pip3 install --user  jupyter -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
