1.0 統一響應結果集
SpringBoot 專案主要作用於前後端分離專案,為了方便前後端進行資料互動,我們需要統一後端的返回資料格式,封裝出一個統一框架響應狀態碼和統一響應類

2.0 處理日期時間格式
@JsonFormat主要是後臺到前臺的時間格式的轉換,序列化
@DateTimeFormat主要是前後到後臺的時間格式的轉換,反序列化
