1. 建立表格和工作表單寫入內容

import xlwt
# 建立一個workbook 設定編碼
workbook = xlwt.Workbook(encoding = 'utf-8') #print(workbook) %結果%<xlwt.Workbook.Workbook object at 0x005F4630>
# 建立一個worksheet
worksheet = workbook.add_sheet('小馬過河')
