上傳元件時，不是直接上傳字尾名，而是檔案字尾（副檔名）對應有MIME型別，方便iis中或其他伺服器對相應的檔案進行解析。有些檔案的字尾名沒有預設解析就出現上傳後無法訪問或者下載的問題，這個時候就要設定檔案字尾對應的MIME型別，設定後才能訪問或者下載

accept對應的是MIME型別，所以我們要將檔案字尾（副檔名）對應的MIME型別填入。
