  下載後對壓縮包解壓，路徑自定義

2.安裝包中是不含啟動bat的，需要我們新建

3.執行測試

cmd命令，定位到剛剛Flink的安裝包bin目錄下，執行

start-cluster.bat

http://localhost:8081/   可以訪問後臺UI介面
