根據程序名獲取程序pid

原理:
linux作業系統中有一個名為/proc的虛擬檔案系統,其中記錄著程序和使用者的相關資訊,其中/proc/N (注:N表示數字)目錄表示程序ip號為N的程序資訊,就是這裡找到我們要找的程序資訊,其中/proc/N/status記錄了程序狀態資訊,包含程序名等,比如:
root@proc # cat /proc/3544/status

State: S (sleeping)
Tgid: 3544
Pid: 3544
PPid: 1
TracerPid: 0
Uid: 500 500 500 500
Gid: 500 500 500 500

注:對於存在多個同名的程序,只返回第一個程序ip,而不返回所有的程序ip
