  • 我仔細檢查了我們的app，不太明白稽核人員認為我們app所存在的可能會對使用者產生傷害的問題，期間我們優化了我們的程式碼，現更新我們的應用。如果審查人員發現我們的app依然存在問題，我們很樂意審查人員給個明確的問題存在，以便於我們進行進一步修改我們的app。

  5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
  5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
  5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used
  
  Before we can continue with our review, please confirm that this app does not violate any of the above guidelines. You may reply to this message in Resolution Center or the App Review Information section in App Store Connect to verify this app’s compliance. 
  
  Given the tendency for apps of this type to violate the aforementioned guidelines, this review will take additional time.   • 對於1.1.6 我們的應用不存在虛假資訊、誤導使用者的內容，我們的應用是一個為廣大家庭提供便利的智慧家居軟體，是一個實用的生活軟體；
  • 對於2.3.0 我們的應用才提交稽核，怎麼可能有稽核通過後進行巨大的概念變更；
  • 對於2.3.1 我們的app是一個生活軟體，不存在跳轉至彩票、賭博等頁面的隱藏開關，請稽核團隊不要以當前稽核常見的彩票、賭博等違法問題來誤傷我們正常的軟體；
  • 對於3.1.1 我們的軟體是智慧家居類的軟體，不是購物軟體，所以不存在內部規避內購支付的行為，我們的應用是基於智慧家居硬體裝置的，更多的使用場景是基於家庭區域網，所以我們可以明確地表示，絕對不存在內部規避內購支付的行為；
  • 對於3.2.1 該點也可以使用3.1.1的解釋來說明；
  • 4.3.0 我們的應用完全是由我們的開發團隊完成的，可能市場上存在較多類似的軟體，我們一開始就研究使用者的使用習慣，設計出符合使用者使用的UI介面，這難免與市面上的一些品牌相似，但是我們的硬體是獨一無二的，我們app與硬體進行互動使用的是我們內部團隊商定的通訊協議，能夠保證app與硬體的通訊安全，保護使用者的隱私，規避硬體控制不受同一小區下其他不同品牌控制裝置給使用者帶來的影響；
  • 對於5.2.1 我們的app是有我們的開發團隊合作開發，最後交由開發小組組長來提交的；
  • 5.2.3 我們的應用是智慧家居app，可以使用語音識別來進行控制我們的裝置，在使用語音識別的情況下，我們都是有徵求使用者的同意下才會使用相關服務的，這些配置通常放在工程的.plist檔案下, 我們的應用登入使用的是我們自己的伺服器，就不存在使用其他第三方平臺的登入等資源資訊；
  • 對於5.3.4 我們的應用不存在使用定位服務，所以沒有並沒有進行配置定位許可權。

    • 我們的應用全部都是由我們的開發團隊開發出來的，不存在抄襲別人的。我們當前這個應用的功能上的確與部分應用相似，但是它們之間還是存在細緻的差異。我們這個應用的使用範圍是針對中國臺灣地區，應用是做了一定的定製化的，相信不會存在誤導消費者，反而能夠給相應的消費群體帶來便利。至此，希望稽核團隊能夠視具體情況進行甄別，給予我們應用一個合理的處理結果。

    • 我的應用是基於同一份原始碼工程進行修改的，所以每一次提交的應用會有很大的相似性。具體情況描述如下：
      • ①我的每個應用是針對不同的主機裝置（附件視訊中的裝置）配合使用的，我們公司是專業設計生產數字調音臺裝置的，每設計一臺新的產品都是基於前一次產品的改進升級，然後給它起個新的產品編號。
      • ②與其配套的應用也需要進行修改升級，保持與主機產品同樣的功能、產品型號等。
      • ③產品的改進升級是一定會與之前的產品產生較大的功能相似重疊的，現在貴司稽核委員會不給我的應用通過，我們的產品就沒法配套銷售了。
    • 所以希望稽核委員會能夠重新審查我們的軟體，如果我們應用存在的問題僅僅是以上所提到的內容，希望能夠給予通過審查，如果不行，請給予我們合理的建議在基於產品改進升級會存在當前產品與之前的產品產生較大的功能相似的情況下。謝謝。
