發生該問題，百度，谷歌後發現各種解決方法類似，但都不能解決此問題，千辛萬苦之後找到解決方法：

方法一：使用MySqlGeometry()這種方式，暫未找到添加面的方法
測試代碼，插入點數據正常。
方法二使用GeoFromText數據庫函數：
使用GeoFromText數據庫函數，該方法需要在參數外，開始使用GeoFromText（par.Value），一直報標題中的錯誤 ，使用GeoFromText（Pram）正常
