1：創建完程序後。先寫web.xml

2：加入jar包。
3：寫struts.xml

struts跳轉到jsp上。
方法名對應的就是action中的method
return對應的就是return中的name。
知識點1：namespace 訪問的時候要在項目名的後面，不然會出404錯誤
