英國GRIMM格林進口電動隔膜泵

進口電動隔膜泵，采用擺線針輪減速機傳動，通過曲軸滑塊機構帶動雙隔膜作往復運動，使工作腔容積發生交替變化從而達到將液體不斷地吸入和排出。同時，近年來由於隔膜材質取得了突破性的進展，大大地延長隔膜的使用壽命，因此被越來越廣泛地替代部分離心泵、螺桿泵來應用於石化、陶瓷、冶金等行業。

英國GRIMM格林進口電動隔膜泵工作原理：

電機與減速機通過軸承箱帶動曲軸旋轉，由變向機構將曲軸端的圓周運動轉變成滑動桿的軸向移動，再帶動隔膜往復運動。在左右兩個泵腔內，裝有上下四個單向球閥、隔膜的運動造成工作腔的容積的改變，迫使四個單向球閥交替地開啟和關閉，從而將液體不斷地吸入和排出。
