添加zabbix-agent配置文件

把默認的userparameter_mysql.conf 文件進行替換為一下內容

在zabbix-web端主機添加模板鏈接

重啟監控端agent

service zabbix-agent restart

zabbix系列zabbix3.4監控mysql5.7
