這個問題網上大部分都說xml文件中的路徑不對或者是resources之類的問題，如果那些文章的解決方案解決不了你的問題的話，可以看一下我遇到的這種情況：

Mapper Interface和 Mapper xml 的路徑一致但是Mapper xml所在的文件夾應為一個package而不是普通的文件夾，如果你創建的時候是創建的普通文件夾，把這個文件夾改為package即可解決。
