eth mod comm mman back operation bits protoc fmt

華為路由器ar2240今天升級之後是成功的，我重啟一下ok。之後為了確保，我再重啟一下，發現之前連接網線的那個GE1（代號g0/0/1）一直不亮了，物理狀態down。進入設備重啟接口也不行。是因為combo口模式協商問題，可以強制電口看看！
