需求：python如何實現普通用戶登錄服務器後切換到root用戶再執行命令

遇到問題：

思路：經過檢查發現這個是中文字符集和英文字符集返回密碼格式不同導致的，在代碼中加入：ssh.send(‘ export LANG=en_US.UTF-8 \n‘)，即可解決上述問題

因為中文和英文字符集轉換不同，所以導致報錯。

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 0: invalid continuation byte
