5.一步一步來解析:

--//執行@ aa.sql 1 65, 執行到optimizer_index_caching=64時,該父遊標無法再加入子遊標,生成新父遊標,對應的optimizer_index_caching=64,65.存在2個子光標.
--//執行@ aa.sql 1 65, 執行到optimizer_index_caching=63時,該父遊標無法再加入子遊標,生成新父遊標,對應的optimizer_index_caching=63,64,65.
--//執行@ aa.sql 1 61, 對於父遊標正好有64個子遊標.不會生成新的父遊標.而對應子遊標的optimizer_index_caching=63,64,65,1,2,....,61
