1、在統計學和機器學習中

在機器學習中ground truth表示有監督學習的訓練集的分類準確性，用於證明或者推翻某個假設。有監督的機器學習會對訓練數據打標記，試想一下如果訓練標記錯誤，那麽將會對測試數據的預測產生影響，因此這裏將那些正確打標記的數據成為ground truth。

1. 錯誤的數據

標註數據1 ( (84,62,86) , 1)，其中x =(84,62,86), t = 1 。 （正確標記的數據叫做ground truth）
標註數據2 ( (84,162,86) , 1)，其中x =(84,162,86), t = 1 。(這裏訓練數據標記錯誤)

這裏標註數據1是ground truth， 而標註數據2不是。

預測數據1 y = -1
預測數據2 y = -1

2. 正確的數據

標註數據1 ( (84,62,86) , 1)，其中x =(84,62,86), t = 1 。
標註數據2 ( (84,162,86) , 1)，其中x =(84,162,86), t = -1 。 （改為ground truth）

這裏標註數據1和2都是ground truth。

預測數據1 y = -1
