macOS 的 Developer ID Application 證書 和 Developer ID Installer 證書，無法在開發者中心手動刪除。即使是agent 許可權。
需要寫郵件給 [email protected] 來聯絡蘋果刪除。
Mac Development 型別證書可以手動刪。

You can’t revoke Developer ID or Passbook certificates using Member Center. Instead, send a request to Apple at [email protected] to revoke these types of certificates. If Apple revokes your Developer ID certificate, users can no longer install applications that have been signed with that certificate.
