SpringCloud註冊中心編寫和測試
（1）建立註冊中心工程

（2）新增jar包 pom.xml

（3） 編寫主程式

（4）配置檔案application.properties
server.port=8001
eureka.instance.hostname=localhost
eureka.client.register-with-eureka=false
eureka.client.fetch-registry=false
eureka.client.service-url.defaultZone=http:// ${eureka.instance.hostname}:${server.port}/eureka/

（5）測試：
開啟瀏覽器輸入http://loclalhost:8001
系統返回
