今天新建了一個資料夾，打算從SVN上面更新東西，地址全是對的，但是總是報下面的這個錯誤，
Error Unable to connect to a repository at URL ‘https://ljw/svn/MobileSafe’
Error Access to ‘https://ljw/svn/MobileSafe ‘ forbidden
嘗試著清除setting裡面的saved Date，
操作完以上步驟，還是報上面的錯誤，還讓一直輸入使用者名稱密碼，
最後發現原因是我沒有更新的許可權，讓領導加了許可權就好了
