例如錯誤程式碼10061， 說明伺服器已經找到，但連線被伺服器拒絕，

連線失敗原因可能是：

1. 埠號設定錯誤；

2.伺服器沒有處於監聽狀態 （即ServerSocket –>Active=true）；

3.資料包被伺服器端的防火牆過濾掉。
