程式碼結構

ServerApplication  程式碼如下：

單節點註冊中心，需要新增  eureka.client.register-with-eureka=false，eureka.client.fetch-registry=false 否則 server 會將資金註冊到自己上，這個邏輯顯然不合理，會報錯，所以需要新增這兩個配置
