沙特SASO認證-燈具沙特能效(沙特SASO2870)認證流程解析
All goods shall comply with the below general requirements:所有的產品都應滿足下列的一般要求：
一、Marking產品銘牌

All Markings should be in“Arabic”or“English”or both“Arabic & English”所有的銘牌需要用阿拉伯文或者英文，或者阿拉伯文以及英文。

All markings should contain the following details:所有的銘牌資訊需要包含以下內容：
Description/Name of Product描述/產品名稱；
Name of Manufacturer or his trademark製造商的名稱或商標；
Model number型號；
Country of Origin原產地國。

All electrical goods must be legibly and indelibly marked (paper stickers are not acceptable) with below information:電器產品的包裝需要包含以下資訊：
Voltage rating電壓；
Frequency rating頻率；
Power rating (if applicable)功率（如有）：
P.S. Other requirement should reference to the specific SASO Standard for each product產品的其他特定要求將以SASO標準為主，如：IP等級，氣候型別等。
二、Instruction說明書

Instruction for use and storage and any warning requirement related to the product must be always in Arabic使用說明書、儲存說明書以及警示語需要用阿拉伯文。

shipping marks嘜頭，packing (carton/Crate/Cage/pallet)包裝(紙箱/木箱/籠/托盤)
“Arabic” or “English” or both are acceptable for shipping marks嘜頭語言為阿拉伯文或者英文，或者阿拉伯文以及英文。

Description/Name of Product描述/產品名稱、型號；

Name of Manufacturer or his trademark製造商的名稱或商標；

Name & Address of the person (company) responsible for marketing of the product (if different from the manufacturer)市場銷售的責任人（公司）的名稱、地址（若與製造商不一致），簡稱亦可；

Date of Production產品生產日期。
四、Country of Origin (CO) marking原產地國標識

CO must be specified as‘Made in, mentioning the complete country name. For e.g. products manufactured in China must be labeled as‘Made in China’. Products labeled as‘Made in P.R.C’is not acceptable原產地國標識必須顯示完整的國家名稱，如“Made in China”,“Made in P.R.C”—不接受！英文或阿拉伯文均可。

CO must be non removable (either engraved or printed with indelible ink) and both the principal product as well as the external retail packaging must bear this information. Each package within a pallet shall bear the 原產地國標識必須使用不可拆卸的材料（刻，絲印，或用不褪色墨水列印）。產品上，包裝（零售包裝）上，外部包裝盒，包裝箱等都必須體現此資訊。

CO is applicable to all shipments (air/land/sea) and all products (irrespective of whether it will be sold or given free of charge)不論產品是海運、陸運或空運，都必須要有原產地國標識（不論是否會出售或免費給予的產品）。

Saudi customs considers the country of assembly as the country of origin. For e.g. if the parts of a machine are manufactured in Switzerland and assembled in China then the machine must be labeled as’Made in China’.由其他國家生產的配件，在中國國內組裝的成品，成品上也同樣需要標“Made in China”。
