經過百度的查詢，最後找到解決方案：

1              啟動MySQL，同時登陸mysql，檢視當前的時區資訊(檢視可做可不做)

2              修改MySQL時區

3              檢視修改後的時區資訊(可做可不做)

至此解決了時區不一致的問題。

具體命令：

mysql -u root -p                                                                登陸mysql；

show variables like '%time_zone%';                                檢視時區資訊

set global time_zone='+8:00';                                         修改為東八區的資訊

exit                                                                                  退出mysql命令
