git無法連線伺服器報443錯誤
在python中安裝一個包時，報瞭如下錯誤，SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to github.com:443 詳情如下：
(base) C:\Users\abc>pip install git+https://github.com/JoinQuant/jqdatasdk.git -i https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

後來看到說要在git裡面設定為 $ git config –global http.proxy “127.0.0.1:9666” 或者 $ git config –global http.proxy “127.0.0.1:1080” 設定後，還是不行，後來改成了 $ git config --global http.proxy “localhost:1080” 後來可以連上了
