本機安裝的是WIN 7 ，詳細版本是：Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit 6.1.7601, Service Pack 1 。虛擬機器版本:7.1.2 build-301548.在虛擬機器上安裝RED HAT ENTERPRISE LINUX 6 64版本時，報如下錯誤：

This is usually because VT has been disabled in the BIOS/firmware settings or the host has not been power-cycled since changing this setting. Please:

然後不能啟動，然後報如下錯誤：

只需在BIOS下開啟虛擬化技術，即設定virtualization technology選項即可。（Intel系列的CPU晶片需要支援EM64T和VT，並且需要BIOS支援才行。）進入BIOS後，選擇Security選項，然後選擇

Virtualization選項，進去後把Inter(R) Virtualization Technology選項設定為Enable後，退出重啟電腦，即可順利安裝RED HAT ENTERPRISE LINUX 6 64位作業系統

偶看在Windows 7 下安裝VMware Workstation 9虛擬機器後，本想安裝windows 2008 R2（只有64位，沒有32位可選），但是虛擬機器提示

通過搜尋得知需要修改bios設定才能使虛擬機器支援64位系統。研究了大半天才找到惠普 康柏 Elite 8300 MT Mini Tower，設定虛擬機器64位的地方。

首先按住“Esc”鍵進入BIOS設定選單，選擇“Computer Setup(F10)”進入BIOS設定

找到選單“Security”–“System Security”，將Virtualization Technology(VTx)和Virtualization Technology Directed I/O(VTd)設定為 Enabled。儲存並退出BIOS設定，重啟電腦，

成功在VMware Workstation 9虛擬機器下安裝windows 2008 R2 64位系統。
