2.結算
如果直接購買產品或服務從App Store ，您授權我們向您收取相應費用，包括任何續展費，通過指定的付款方式。您理解並承認您將來可能會調整您的產品和服務的價格，並且您將按調整後的價格收取費用。如果您從我們的產品購買訂閱，您的訂閱將自動在每個訂閱結束，除非您取消訂閱更新。如果您取消訂閱，您的訂閱將在當前預訂期結束時結束。您承認，向我們支付的任何款項都不會退款。我們可以自行決定向您提供信用卡或退款，但支付此類信用卡或退款並不意味著我們將有義務提供信用卡或退款款。

3.接受服務條款的能力

4.轉移

We may, at our sole discretion, provide you with a credit card or refund, but payment of such credit card or refund does not mean that we will be obligated to provide a credit card or refund.

3. Ability to accept the terms of service
   You have determined that you are 13 years of age or independent of your guardian and have obtained legal permission from your parent or guardian and are fully capable of signing and complying with the terms, obligations, representations and warranties.

4. Transfer
   You may not assign or grant all rights and licenses in accordance with the Terms of Service and its terms, but we may transfer them freely without restriction.
