However, I am now looking out for opportunities in other companies for a similar role. I have had about 4 interviews till now, and it's not progressed to offers. I think the issue is that whenever I am asked how I would solve any people problem, my solution for that (for almost any scenario) is something along the lines of 'talk to the people involved, figure out the root cause and try to address it'.
I am not exactly sure what else I am expected to say, because that is literally exactly how I have been resolving these issues for the past 2 years. Is there something I'm missing completely?
