執行svn相關操作，控制檯居然報出以下錯誤：

    Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted

字面意思是執行Team->Refresh/Cleanup，但是在執行的過程中，
還是報錯：

D:\workspace\simple-project\web\WEB-INF\lib\xerces-2.4.0.jar': The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

原因是專案已啟動，Stop之後，執行命令正常了。
