花了2天時間在垃圾電腦（32位）上裝TensorFlow
先是按著百度靠前的程式碼，一句一句的抄。
那個是適合64位的，32位也能裝上，不能使用。浪費半天
然後跟著一個先搜尋，再安裝的教材裝的。
有hesi_m/tensorflow r-tensorflow這兩個是支援32位windos的
然後下載包，安裝，失敗，浪費半天。
後來翻牆檢視 r-tensorflow的安裝教程，用anaconda prompt安裝好了 r-tensorflow，裝了三次終於裝好，欣喜若狂。
無法使用。
最後使用建立並激活 active r-tensorflow 仍然裝不好tensorflow
百度 谷歌全找遍了。
沒有，沒有，真的沒有。
浪費總共兩天時間。
大家不要存有僥倖的心理，認為32位windos可以使用TensorFlow。
特別是對於小白，會浪費大量時間，還不如學點有用的東西。
