Android程式在執行某些敏感問題時需要獲取許可權，比如獲取通訊錄許可權，獲取相機許可權，獲取定位許可權等等，針對Android6.0以前，只需要在AndroidManifest.xml檔案中使用類似於

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS" />

的程式碼即可，但是到了Android6.0以後，由於安全機制又有增強，所以需要在程式碼中動態的獲取要是用的許可權，所有程式碼分為兩個部分： 申請授權和回撥 以下是申請授權
