Delete the following directories and restart the Services.

<INFA_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ tomcatutils

<INFA_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ adminconsole

<INFA_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ adminhelp

<INFA_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ coreservices

<INFA_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ ROOT

<INFA_HOME>/tomcat/work/Catalina

<INFA_HOME>/tomcat/conf/Catalina

Do not delete the .war files. Also do not take the backup of these directories.
