第一步：通過path得到file，我是把圖片放在mnt/sdcard/中的。
第二布：在判斷檔案存在後將檔案轉換為bitmap檔案。通過BitmapFactory.decodeFile來轉換的。

注意：我出現過圖片不能正常顯示的情況。就是因為沒有加入引數options。因為圖片的尺寸可能大於了能夠看到的尺寸，所以要設定一下options.inSampleSize才行。
