webstorm卡在scanning files to index
webstorm 開啟後，底部一直出現 scanning files to index。
當專案中檔案過多時，會一直卡在建立索引這一步，通常是在 npm install 之後導致，node_modules 中檔案太多。
解決方法：
將 node_modules 資料夾排除出將要建立索引的資料夾
最近有人問，webstorm 一開啟就卡死了，沒辦法去操作資料夾。
好吧，其實這個問題很簡單，先開啟 node_modules 資料夾，把裡面的東西刪掉了，再開啟webstorm 就行了。。。
