ORA-01034: ORACLE not available如何解決
一個小小的問題，讓我折騰了一個上午，下午三點徹底解決了，分享一個給大家解決方法，儘管在測試伺服器上，但是經驗是值得總結和分享的.
ERROR:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
