按欄位順序，修改excel文件，然後將excel檔案轉成csv格式

copy funnel_temp from 'c:\\export.csv' with delimiter ',';

結果操蛋的發生錯誤

錯誤:  無效的 "UTF8" 編碼位元組順序: 0xc6e6
