oracle12c不能進入到OEM的解決辦法

12c沒有dbconsole了，12c中叫做：Enterprise Manager Database Express 12c
oracle12c的em經過精簡，比11g小 很多，登陸方式也發生了變化，原來的http://localhost:1158/em或者https://localhost:1158/em登陸總是會遇到問題，解決方法需要使用到XDB，需要設定一下埠。

PL/SQL 過程已成功完成。
上面的過程把埠號改為8088然後訪問 http://localhost:8088/em就可以了
