這個東西是自己整理的，在IBM和NNIT面試的時候都用到過，現在分享出來供參考！會存在語法等問題吧，口語說的東西別太介意

問題1：關於你以後的工作打算，你有什麼想法？

It costs me some time to get familiar with the job, and on the basis of that, then I will try to improve my work. Secondly, in order to specialize in this field, I will consider enhance my professional knowledge to dig deep in a certain area and strive to be intermediate practitioners. Finally, If possible, heading for a higher goal.

問題2：對你在近五年的職業發展有何規劃？

I know that it is a process of prolonged efforts to be an expert in a certain field.Well Like CEO mayun once said ‘if you can dream it, you can do it!’. Ok , Now,let’s get down to business, so far I only have a draft plan. I hope to precipitate in my position within three years. In addition, not only mentioned above, but also to be a person who understands the business, and find or dig problems, then be able to solve them. At the end, I want to be frontier, bringing greater value for the company.

問題3：自我介紹
這個東西還是自己寫吧，各人情況不一樣

My name is XXXXX. I was born in Taizhou, Jiangsu province. And Graduated from Huaihai Institute of Techology, major in software engineering, and my postgraduate studying at Tianjin University of Technology, research on complex network modeling and simulation. During the graduate student, I used the spare time to complete the online courses, and obtain the course graduation certificate. In addition, I have taught myself the basics of Linux, using VM to build a Hadoop cluster. I love fitness, learn new technologies, cooking, etc.. I am a strong self-discipline, time management ability, strong adaptability, I can think about the problem from various perspectives, and explore the essence of the problem, I believe my analytical and communication skills will bring a lot of benefits to work.

問題四：專案介紹遇到的問題

在信任預測這個專案中，我在資料處理的時候遇到過問題。資料一共是6列，90多萬行，每行是使用者的購買記錄以及評分記錄，我需要做的是將使用者之間的評分記錄進行處理，得到一個N*N的矩陣，試過用java編寫程式碼操作，用excel進行處理，但效果都不太理想，最後，在看R語言實戰的時候看到了一個包dplyr，完全解決了我的問題。
In trust prediction project, I have a problem with the data processing. The data is 6 columns and about 900000 rows, each row is the user’s purchase records and rating scores. What I need to do is to deal with the data between users’ rating scores, and translate into N dimensional matrix. I tried to use java code , Excel treatment ,but doesn’t work well. Accidentally, when I read the book of R in action , I found a package named dplyr, and it help me solve my problem.

I am a strong self-discipline, time management ability, strong adaptability, I can think about the problem from various perspectives, and explore the essence of the problem, I believe my analytical and communication skills will bring a lot of benefits to work.
I have an extremely strong work ethic. When I’m working on a project, I don’t want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule.

問題六：問我的弱點？
我是一個自律性強的人，有著較強的時間概念，所以我對別人也會有相同的要求，這點我已經注意到了，我會處理好。

I am a strong self-disciplined person, have a strong concept of time, so I will have the same requirements for others, and I have noticed , and I will deal with it.
Sometimes, I spend more time than necessary on a task, or take on tasks personally that could easily be delegated to someone else.
Although I’ve never missed a deadline, it is still an effort for me to know when to move on to the next task, and to be confident when assigning others work.

My hometown is a land of plenty, has deep cultural details, Mr. Mei Lanfang was born in my hometown. It has a rich breakfast culture, whether it is an old man or a young man, in the rest of the time, there will always order some food in the teahouse to eat up.

I’m really driven by results — I like when I have a concrete goal to meet, and enough time to figure out a strong strategy for accomplishing it.

Absolutely, I give my all to work, and am always looking ahead to the next goal. I will be excited when successfully complete one and moving on to the next. I believe I will be strong.
