JSP中，防止 css js img 等檔案的快取的方法

被這個問題困擾過很多回，上網也查過很多方法，基本上就是在 <head> 標籤中新增如下元素：
<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache">
<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="no-cache">
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="0"> 可是，照做了也沒用。無意中想到，能不能在css之類的檔案後面加上一個隨機數或者當前時間什麼的呢？試了一下，還真行：
<link rel="stylesheet" href="<%=request.getContextPath()%>/css/endparameter.css?<%= System.currentTimeMillis()%>" />
但如果像下面這麼寫就是不行的， 因為script標籤不能被嵌入到 link 中使用吧：
<link rel="stylesheet" href="<%=request.getContextPath()%>/css/endparameter.css?"+ <script type="text/javascript">Math.random()</script> />
