模態對話方塊視窗開啟時焦點應該在對話方塊屛，使用者將開始閱讀上面的內容並且鍵盤將開始導航焦點放在的對話方塊。因為對話方塊（可以是div）是預設設定成不可定焦的，分陪tabindex=’-1’
