“系統偏好設定” 進入”輔助功能” 然後勾選”減少透明度”

另一個:

“系統偏好設定”進入”Dock” 最小化視窗時使用:

 選擇“縮放效果”

這幾步搞完以後,介面響應速度在我的pc上提升好幾倍.
