1. use Reporting Services Configuration manager to check if Report Server is running normally.
2. go to Computer Management to view the IIS-->ReportServer project(right click to view it)
    Or you can enter the url to check if Report Server works normally.

3. Create report project in "SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio"
    Preview it to check if it is correct.
    Right click the project root and select properties: configure TargetServerURL, make it like 'http://servername(not

localhost)/ReportServer$Rex_Develop/'
    Right click the project root and select "Deploy"
