Ask HN: Review my company OKRs?
My vision is to share these OKRs with department leaders and have them (with me) craft team OKRs. Quarterly we'll review team OKRs and score them.
Here are the company OKRs:
Objective 1) Attain industry leadership amongst NCI-Designated Cancer Centers.
KR: Publish NPS scores amongst NCI-Designated Cancer Centers by March 31, 2019;
KR: Attain $1M in revenue from NCI-Designated Cancer Centers by December 31, 2019;
KR: Increase market share from 8% to 25% amongst NCI-Designated Cancer Centers by December 31, 2019;
Objective 2) Improve efficiency in production process
KR: Capture and publish project completion times for each project by March 31, 2019;
KR: Pilot a new client-facing review process and procedure by March 31, 2019;
KR: 100% use of Process Street for all new projects by March 31, 2019.
Objective 3) Improve employee happiness and satisfaction
KR: Increase average weekly employee satisfaction score from 3.94 to at least 4.25 by December 31, 2019
KR: Publish quarterly OKRs with each department and present OKR scores quarterly
KR: Formalize our change management process by March 31, 2019
Objective 4) Attain 60% of revenues from subscription
KR: 75% of contracts sent in the year include a monthly subscription by December 31, 2019
KR: Publish a product roadmap that increases subscription revenues by March 31, 2019
