I just encountered a problem in using LN 8.5.3. We have mailda setup to lookup multiple address books. When I do a name search by F9 in a new memo, duplicated entries will be pop up if I set the value of "Recipient name lookup" to "Exhaustively check all
address books" in location doc. However, it has no problem if changed to "Stop after first match". Moreover, this setting also trigger the "Unable to send mail....." message when I click on some buttons in our apps where notesdocument.send method is used.
I am raising this issue as these behaviour do not appear in LN7 even the setting is "Exhaustively check all address books". I did a search on IBM KB and found these: As it is not feasible to modify all the apps to append domain name in the SendTo address as
suggested in KB1, I would like to see if you know any workaround if we keep the setting to "Exhaustively check all address books". Thanks in advance.
