1、先要設置頁面軟鍵盤模式，這樣每次軟鍵盤彈出後布局高度會減少軟鍵盤的高度

getWindow().setSoftInputMode(WindowManager.LayoutParams.SOFT_INPUT_STATE_HIDDEN
                | WindowManager.LayoutParams.SOFT_INPUT_ADJUST_RESIZE);

2、找出內容view，在每次布局為軟鍵盤彈出減小高度時監聽，改變內容view

mVContent = findViewById(android.R.id.content);

ViewTreeObserver.OnGlobalLayoutListener mLsnrLayout =
            new ViewTreeObserver.OnGlobalLayoutListener() {
                @Override
                public void onGlobalLayout () {

                    Rect rect = new Rect();

                    int height = rect.height();

mVContent.getViewTreeObserver().addOnGlobalLayoutListener(mLsnrLayout);

就是設置了margin

因為內容布局是豎直居中的，標題是margin寫死的，所以布局高度變了以後內容移動標題不動。
