解決問題的方法是降低numpy的版本：

方法一：進入pycharm點選檔案->設定->Python直譯器，找到下載的nunpy並雙擊

進入後勾選“指定版本”選擇較小的numpy版本後點擊安裝

方法二：進入anaconda prompt輸入pip install numpy=替換版本號
