強調

強調句型

基本結構

It is/was + 被強調部分 + that/who + 其他。
可以強調句子的主語，賓語或者狀語等，一般不用來強調謂語。
特殊情況下也可能是表語（當系動詞不是be,且表語部分是名詞性片語時）。
強調人且是主語可用that或who，強調其他一般用that。
that 和 who不能省略。
it為形式賓語，無意義。
被強調部分是若是句子的主語，that/who 之後的謂語在人稱和數上應該與句子的主語保持一致。

-例句
It was Haydn who encouraged Beethoven to move to Vienna.
是H鼓勵B移居維也納的。（強調主語）
It was all my mistakes that I didn't realize until you told me yesterday.
直到你昨天告訴我，我才意識到自己所有的錯誤。（強調賓語）
It was 80 years before he died that the tree was cut down.
早在他死的八十年前，這棵樹已經被砍倒了。（強調時間狀語）
It was in Paris that we had a wonderful holiday last summer.
去年夏天在巴黎，我們度過了一個愉快的夏天。（強調地點狀語）
It was chairman of the committee that they elect him.
他們選舉他為委員會主席。（強調賓補）
It is head of the department that he becomes now.
他現在成為部門負責人。（強調錶語）
 

時態

如果是現在的某個時態，那麼用 is
如果是過去的某個時態，那麼用 was
有時還可以用 might be / must have been ... that ...

-例句
It is Tom who gets to school earliest.
最早到校的是Tom.
It was with the help of the local guide that the mountain climber was rescued.
在當地導遊的幫助下，他們才得以脫困。
It might be his father that/who you are thinking of.
你想起的可能是他的父親。
It must have been his father that you saw.
你看見的一定是他的父親。
 

疑問形式

1）一般疑問句
Is/Was it + 被強調部分 + that/who + 其他

-例句
Is it Professor Wang who teaches you English?
教你們英語的是王老師嗎？
Was it in 2016 that Rio held the Olympic Games?
里約是在2016年舉辦的奧運會嗎？


2）特殊疑問句
特殊疑問詞 + is/was + it + that + 其他

-例句
When was it that China held the Olympic Games?
中國是在何時舉辦的奧運會
When was it that made you so happy?
到底是什麼讓你這麼高興
 

not ... until ...

當強調 not ... until ... 句式時應把not和until部分一起放在被強調部分。
主從句均為陳述語序。 

-例句
It was not until I came here that I realized this place was famous for not only its beauty but also its weather.
直到來到這裡我才意識到，這裡之所以出名，不僅是因為它的美麗，還因為它的天氣。
Was it not until yesterday that is was made public?
直到昨天才予以公示嗎？

強調謂語動詞

要點

強調句型不能強調謂語動詞，應用助動詞 do 的不同形式（即 do, dose, did），後接動詞原形。（do 表強調時，只用於肯定句，只有一般現在時和一般過去時。） 

-例句
I do think she's behaved badly.
我確實認為她的行為很糟糕。
She did at least write to say thank you.
她至少還寫了通道謝。
