npm install -g vue-cli

執行vue檢查安裝情況：

Commands:
init generate a new project from a template

help [cmd] display help for [cmd]

檢視安裝包：vue list

使用webpack模板

執行    vue init webpack sell

會提示安裝好多 環境：

進入目錄   

cd sell

執行安裝npm  install

安裝好後  npm  run  dev   執行專案

提示下面這個的時候表示，能啟用了
