也是目前分子遺傳學中最重要的生物資訊學資料庫之一。可通過檢索資料庫，發現一系列相關的遺傳疾病資訊，包括變異位點、臨床表型等，提高臨床診斷效能。包含了全球200多加研究中心上傳的10000例的案例資訊。
